It was the best hotel in Xiamen, beautiful deco and elegant architecture, fabulous wellness centre. Staffs are very nice and helpful, top notch hospitality service from the team. Room is incredibly stunning, beautiful wooden floor matching with the blue couch, super comfortable beds, elegant marble bathroom with premium amenities. My favorite will be the Peacock Alley Lounge, wonderful ambient and design, hightea is heavenly taste. Breakfast is great and quality with lots of options. I would definitely come back to WAXM.

It was a lovely stay as I planned a birthday trip to Xiamen for my wife. The concierge team Yolanda/Jack made our whole experience wonderful and unforgettable - a proper setup of the room/a bunch of beautiful rose/nice cake and everything the hotel did was way beyond my expectation and a truly remarkable birthday to remember. I didn't expect that after comparing multiple platforms, Ctrip's price was reasonable and they also gave us breakfast very conscientiously. Our family went to Waldorf Astoria from a hotel that we had just stepped on. Waldorf Astoria improved the happiness of our overall trip. We would like to call it the best city hotel we have ever stayed in. First of all, the decoration and decorations of the entire public area of ​​Waldorf Astoria are very stylish. The decoration style is the style we like, and the choice of furniture, including sofas, bedding, and cabinets, can be seen to be of very high quality. Secondly, the service of Waldorf Astoria is very good, starting from the concierge department. We took taxis for three days of travel. I basically never opened or closed the car door by myself, and there must be someone to help me with the luggage. The most surprising thing was that one day when I came back with two milk tea cups, the doorman chased me in after I had already entered the door and asked me if I needed help throwing them away. I was very surprised at how he observed that the two cups were empty. Such meticulous service can be said to be something we have never experienced in so many hotels. The customer service lady cleaned very attentively. She replenished any supplies we consumed in time and found some snacks in the mini bar that the children liked to eat. She also replenished some extra ones. The pool staff was also very proactive in finding seats for us, providing towels and drinking water, and would proactively inform us of various matters. I didn't expect that after so many surprises, the breakfast at Waldorf Astoria also surprised us very much. Although there were not many varieties, the products were of very high quality. We have stayed in many brands of hotels, and Waldorf Astoria can be said to be the most satisfactory brand we have stayed in. If we go to Xiamen or other cities next time, we will give priority to Waldorf Astoria!

The hotel is very friendly to Ctrip guests. They will call to contact you the day before check-in, and all basic needs can be met. Jolin Tsai also stayed in the same hotel for her Xiamen concert, but there was no fan noise. The hardware and software are very good, especially the stone in the bathroom looks like it cost a lot of money, but the floor of the shower is a bit slippery when there is water. It is recommended to wear non-slip slippers. It may be a safety hazard for the elderly. The Western pastries for breakfast are delicious, which is the best Western pastries in the hotel I have stayed in. Other reviews say that it is a semi-buffet breakfast with single orders, but no service staff came to take orders. ps: Ctrip's upgrade failed again. I thought I had upgraded enough for this holiday, but I was downgraded. This upgrade is really a bit of a pit.

I felt it was just average. There was no food delivery robot, so you had to go downstairs to get the food yourself. Compared to a hotel of this level, the Philips hair dryer was too ordinary. The view outside the window was also average (this was not the hotel's fault, but Xiamen's urban construction problem). However, the environment inside the hotel was quite good, and it was a good place to take photos and check in.

The room booked by Ctrip is equipped with a butler. We added WeChat in advance and the service was very good. We brought an 8-month-old baby who needed a crib. When we arrived at the room, the crib was already in the room~ I told the butler that the baby needed mineral water for milk, and it was delivered in time~ The hotel breakfast can be ordered, and I ordered my favorite Benedict and latte to start a new day~
