The hotel is clean and tidy. Alice's service is very good.

There is basically no service. Even a bottle of mineral water in the room is charged. I booked 567. Someone was drunk and crazy in the middle of the night. I kept hearing someone vomiting. The window soundproofing is not good. The sound of cars on the road is very loud.

It is accessible by bus from the high-speed rail station. There are shopping malls and restaurants downstairs of the hotel, which is convenient for food and shopping. The hotel decoration is a bit old, but the room is large and comfortable, and there is a desk facing the window, but the shower room is a bit small.

I swiped my card to pay, but there was an extra charge. There was no notification or pin number, so I couldn't get it back. This is my first time to book a hotel online through Trip. The experience is very bad,😡😡😡

The Provincial Public Security Bureau's building is a public property, so don't expect any service. The service is really bad, bad, bad, bad. There is no concierge in a four-star hotel. There is no sign on the suitcase, only a white card. I rarely write reviews, but the hotel service attitude and experience are very poor. You can avoid thunder.

Why did they charge a room card deposit even though I booked on Ctrip without a deposit? I booked for someone else, which was really embarrassing. The front desk check-in attitude was very bad. Service attitude is very important. It made friends from other places feel that way. It was not such a good experience. I was speechless.

The location is quite convenient, there is a bus stop right outside. The facilities in the room are also OK, and the hygiene is also good. But the mattress is too bad, it should be changed! It is hard and feels stiff. You can hear the sound of springs when you move when you sit on the bed! This is not in line with a 4-star hotel at all. It is the worst mattress in the hotel I have ever stayed in, even worse than the bed in a homestay
