The location is good, there are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries. A few minutes walk to the subway station. The room is clean and spacious as we book the family room. The only inconvenience is the wifi as you need to use a mainland mobile number to be able to access the wifi. For travelers who do not have local mobile number i suggest you to stay in a hotel for international guests. The robot sevice is operational find it amazing but due to that it is only one it can't accommodate everyone to be able to use the service. Overall i still had a great stay.

The overall hotel experience is very good, the hygiene is very clean, tidy, and the bed is also dry.
It is a Zen cultural hotel with a unique decoration style.
The hotel service staff are very meticulous, the front desk check-in efficiency is very fast, and the cleaning lady also told us how to get there very considerately. If you need any service, you can tell her.
It is very convenient to take a taxi. It takes 3-5 minutes to get to Xiamen Railway Station. The dining place is very close.

Clean and convenient choice for a one-night stay! Especially if you need to catch an early train the next morning! The high speed train station is within walking distance. The only drawback was that room wasn’t available till past 3pm, due to a lack of staff during CNY holidays, so I had to wait for more than one hour just to check in. I recommend visiting the municipal botanical garden.

Given the hostel is kinda huge, I was surprised I never had to wait which is so good! The bunk beds are really spacious, nice mattress, hook/rail to put clothes, a small shelf and has power outlets with USB and type c plugs catered for all of us that is hooked with digital gadgets! Has fast wifi throughout the hostel and has a nice lounge area (with a bar and music stage) plus two smaller rooms good for a more quieter or work area. Also has laundry room with washers and dryers. Hostel is also close to bus station (which can get you everywhere in Xiamen) and had many eateries downstairs. The famous Zhongshan Road is walkable too, takes around 20 mins. So basically this is a dream place for backpackers or tourists looking for a cheap, lively place to stay whilst in Xiamen. What also stands out are the staff. The cleaning aunties were super friendly. And all the young energetic staffers in reception and bar are willing to help at anything you asked no matter how bad our language barriers were! Like to especially thank Xiao Wang who checked me in, extended my stay and also fixed my fingerprint locker. Damn want to thank all the staff in this place, really made a difference during my stay :-)

This stay in Zengcuo'an was perfect! The location of the homestay is excellent, not only close to the beach, so that I can walk on the beach at any time, listen to the sound of the waves, feel the caressing of the sea breeze, but also adjacent to the botanical garden, the green and fresh air is refreshing.
The room was clean and tidy, spotless, from the bed to the floor, every corner revealed the owner's intentions. The sanitary facilities are perfect, the toilet is clean as new, the shower water is comfortable, the toiletries are all available, and the quality is excellent.
Here, you can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and conveniently go to the surrounding area. In the morning, wake up in the sound of birds, open the windows, and the fresh air comes; at night, sleep with the gentle sound of the waves, and make a sweet dream.
In short, this homestay left a deep and beautiful impression on me. If you are also looking for a place that is both close to nature and comfortable to stay, then this is definitely your best choice! highly recommended!

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

The double room was too close to the elevator. I was afraid that our children would not be able to sleep well. CChardeyThis hotel is in a beautiful location! Right across from the beach and not far from nice beach front shops and restaurants. The rooms are located in villas. The grounds are definitely worth walking around and having a look. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room types vary, some have bath tubs and/ or balconies, some do not. It is best to request what you would like to have in the room when checking in. I did wish the balconies all had chairs and table, I only saw that a few of them had some. There is an on site laundromat with dryers and a gym which is very convenient. Me and my friends requested the pool to be filled a few times but unfortunately by the time it was filled, we were checking out and could not use it. It is a shame because the pool area is really so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and tried to fix our issues and help our requests. We asked for more western styled food at the breakfast bar and they were able to help us with that the next morning. The staff is really great and helpful! I would book here again!

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
