Must be five-star praise, the owner is very simple and enthusiastic, the house is well-positioned, just on the roadside, convenient parking, clean and hygienic. The owner was warm and generous, and he kept making tea for me to drink. I cooked the beef belly at night and kept asking us to eat together, which made me feel embarrassed. The breakfast is also very rich. They are all vegetables grown by the farmhouse. When I left, I always had to send me local products. Finally, I took a pumpkin for me. It seemed to be a relative. It was too humane. I will definitely listen to Xiaozhu next time!

There are five people with children, big and small, on the weekend. Extra beds are not allowed in the suite. The hotel staff is very considerate and takes the initiative to add quilts. There were only two breakfast coupons, but when we saw that our kids were small, they all went for free. I was very touched and satisfied! Will go again

The homestay is very intimate. When we checked in, the aunt reminded us that the hot springs in the public areas are all fresh water. They are all guests who come to release water. This is really a surprise. The public areas can be so clean! ! And the water temperature is adjustable, the service is very intimate, the environment is really very good, no wonder everyone is praised 😂😂 When I planted grass before, I was worried about the picture and text. I was worried about 😄 and I got up early in the morning and saw several aunts cleaning the public pool. It was really great. I'm looking forward to seeing you next time [love]

The hot spring is on the first floor, with three water temperatures, cold, warm, hot, and spa, which can meet the needs of hot springs. There is a bathtub in the room, which is also hot spring water! The room is big enough and the view is good. I used to get up late the next day. The boss also temporarily fried two eggs and sweet potato porridge. The family felt very satisfied. Recommended! AAnonymous UserYou can overlook the sea view. The room is very new and well-equipped. It is equipped with a washing machine and laundry beads, which is very convenient. The clothes are dried overnight, so you don't have to worry about the clothes not being dried when you check out the next day. There is a supermarket and McDonald's downstairs, which is very convenient!

DDavis LimUpon check in, Manager Andy was at the reception and offered an upgrade when he saw that I was with my eighty years old mother and children.
He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

GGuest UserAt first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

If you're planning on taking the local bus, it's not a great spot. If you're planning on taking the taxi, it's a great spot as taxis are very frequent.

I'm very satisfied with the fact that my room was facing the Zhongshan Road. I felt quite lucky cause I could see the view of Zhongshan Road every morning and night just from my room window.
Service: Quite friendly, especially the cleaning and the restaurant staff. They are so kind to me and my father.
Although there was a little problem in communication since I can't speak Chinese well, I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Hotel.

Xiao Zeng at the front desk is very nice, and all questions are answered in a timely manner. It is a very good stay experience. I will stay here for a few more days. This is the hotel I will choose when I need it in the future. Haha

EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

GGuest UserMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
