The whole family was very happy on this trip. The Sheraton Hotel is spacious and comfortable, and it is very convenient to watch the sunrise with the sea view. The staff are very warm and polite, and I felt the warm atmosphere of being at home. Although the beach in winter is not as convenient as in summer, the sun is warm and there are fewer people and it is comfortable. The children came to the store and gave sand digging tools and a small windmill. After digging sand and building a castle on the beach, the older children and their father went swimming, and the younger children made round fans in the children's playground. There were also umbrella painting in the afternoon. There were different DIY activities suitable for children every day. The Xiangshan coastline is also beautiful, and I will come again if I have the chance!

Vic Guo was always available and hands on whenever we needed help, he speaks English which made everything easier. The rooms are beautiful and spacious 😍 and truly have the best views that will make you find it very hard to take your eyes off. I felt very comfortable in the room, the couch and bed are soft and comfortable, I must also mention the spacious walk in closet, if you are an over packer like me, you are definitely covered 😂. I felt home away from home, and that’s the kind of comfortability I needed and got 😉. Breakfast was delicious, there are so many options to choose from in the western restaurant. We also had lunch and dinner, which was as delicious. I absolutely recommend this hotel, my experience with Crowne Plaza is always top tier in every city 👌🥂

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.
