酒店可能是時間久了，整體環境有點老舊，但是內部環境沒能及時處理到位，洗手池有水漬沒能及時處理乾淨，浴巾存在破損，電動窗簾存在問題，沒能及時維修，希望酒店能後續跟進。酒店可能年份長了點，但是基礎的設備設施和房間的環境衞生還是要保持好的，這是基本要求。
