房間很好，視野開闊、交通也比較便利。停車也方便，進出直接簡單。服務態度非常好，大堂經理從前台開始幫拿行李一直到房間。

全家第一次來湘潭，從高鐵站打車到酒店司機師傅就在誇這家酒店服務是出了名的好。等我們到了酒店，從迎賓人員到前台到保潔人員無一不是熱情周到，住了三天讓人感覺像回家一樣温暖，尤其客房保潔人員的手寫信很感動！謝謝給我們如此好的住宿體驗，期待有機會再來湘潭！
