The service was very good and the experience was great. There was welcome tea at the entrance. The front desk introduced the buffet, swimming pool, and chess and card room. I experienced them all. The waiters were very enthusiastic. Although the room was a bit old, it was clean and tidy. I felt relieved. The waiter sent fruit as soon as I entered the room. Especially the environment of the hotel is very beautiful. I will come again next time if I have the chance. It is really great to find such a hotel in Xiangtan👍

I used to choose this hotel every time I went on a business trip to Xiangtan. The service is good and the facilities are complete. But these four days, especially these two days, I felt that the front desk service was not good enough. I had to send clothes for washing in the evening. I called the front desk and insisted that it would be washed tomorrow. I told the cleaning lady Next, I helped readily without saying a word. The same goes for extending my stay. I asked to swipe the room card, but it turned out that I couldn't open it when I went upstairs. I had to wait for the aunt to come and help open the door. I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is quite good, located in the core of the scenic spot, walking to Chairman Mao's former residence in 3 minutes. The room was clean and hygienic, and the boss was very enthusiastic to teach us travel guides and precautions. He also helped us book a discount ticket for the evening performance ”Most Memory of Lushanchong 〞, which is much cheaper than online.

There were mosquitoes at night, and the hotel prepared the original mosquito coil, but there was no match. At 10 pm, the bar turned around and the black light was blind and no one was found, so it was useless!
