Located in Wanda Plaza, the central business district, the view from the guest room floor is excellent. This time I chose the 32nd floor. The restaurant is on the 26th floor. There are many types of food, but there is a fly in the ointment. The air-conditioning in the restaurant is not good. The temperature in Xiangtan at that time reached over 40°C. I was sweating profusely during the meal, which affected the experience. I hope it can be improved as soon as possible. In addition, parking fees are too expensive even with discounts. But these four days, especially these two days, I felt that the front desk service was not good enough. I had to send clothes for washing in the evening. I called the front desk and insisted that it would be washed tomorrow. I told the cleaning lady Next, I helped readily without saying a word. The same goes for extending my stay. I asked to swipe the room card, but it turned out that I couldn't open it when I went upstairs. I had to wait for the aunt to come and help open the door. I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the boss was very enthusiastic to teach us travel guides and precautions.
