A very beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, close to the ancient city. The room was well equipped—even had a Dyson hair dryer, which was a great touch. Special shout-out to Demi, Cherry, and George for their outstanding service. They were friendly, helpful, and had great personalities that truly made the stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

Hotel is very new and room size is good,swimming pool and gym are good,unfortunately the pool starts only at 9am. Breakfast was fantastic,good varieties of choices of food.

It's a pretty good hotel in Xiangyang, near the ancient city.
Environment: Very nice, with a beautiful garden design.
Facilities: Attention to detail, a good experience.
Service: Very responsive.
Cleanliness: Satisfactory, but the room still had a slight odor; the smell hadn't dissipated properly.

The stay at the InterContinental Xiangyang was outstanding! The environment was elegant, the facilities were new, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. Special thanks to Ivy and Rosy for their attentive service; from check-in instructions to responding to room requests, they were very prompt and welcoming, making me feel warm and cared for throughout. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xiangyang; highly recommended!
