對遊樂園的房間比較吵，溝通後給我們換到了靠馬路的房間，酒店餐廳味道很好，晚餐和早餐都十分滿意，就是房間設施上稍微差點。

雲海住了三晚，衹換了一次廁紙，拖鞋我們不穿，但是也應該要放的，礦泉水也是一樣的，服務員貌似捨不得更換，不要就不給真的是和這個酒店的規格不符。環境還可以，工作人員態度也可以，前台的辦理入住的人員需要加強培訓，動作太慢了。再來説一下攜程，服務一如既往的優秀，總是會想盡辦法為客户解決問題，雖然比某豬某哪貴一點，但是服務好啊！

工作人員服務不錯，特別是房間入住後的服務，積極熱情，一樓餐廳餐品質量也挺不錯，唯一就是旺季，前台登記、入住房間的時間稍微長了點。酒店地理位置不錯，不行僅3~分鐘即可到遊玩地點。

雲海酒店的硬件和位置都非常贊，但是這次定的親子房房間真的太小了，那個帳篷和飛行棋把過道佔的滿滿的，去陽台都沒有路走。然後這次最不滿意，也是自己運氣不好吧，晚上十點走道還有住客大聲喧嘩，然後咚咚敲門（不知道是隔壁還是對門的），半夜十二點多又被一陣門鈴吵醒，不知道是他們按錯了還是故意的，真的分分鐘想沖出去罵人！
