When I reported this problem to the lobby, the front desk said, "Didn't you drive here?" Are you eligible to stay in your hotel only if you drive? 2. After checking into the room, my friend and I were taking a lunch break when someone knocked on the door. After knocking twice, I rushed to open the door before I could come. The cleaning lady came in by swiping her card and said she forgot to put the roll paper in for us. Not to mention disturbing the rest, it is very rude to open the door without checking whether there is anyone inside. 3.
