The hotel is right at the north gate of the scenic area. Take a free bus to the south gate, then go up and down from the south to the north. After a circle, you can lie directly on the hotel bed. The bath and moisturizing samples in the room are all Banyan Tree's own brands, which are relatively easy to use. However, the room area is small and there are few intelligent equipment. It is recommended to increase. The five-star resort hotel recommends replacing the hair dryer with a Dyson brand. Breakfast has fewer categories and is not rich enough. This needs to be improved. The package includes two tickets to Xianju Scenic Area, which is more user-friendly. The hotel is located near Xianju Scenic Area and the surrounding scenery is great

I stayed for 3 nights 4 days. Had a great time at the hotel but I still consider the price was kind of high for what’s offered. 1. Swimming floor tiles are old and make the swimming pool look dirty 2. Restaurant is closed but when I called to checked they said the opposite. 3. My room was extremely bright. Impossible to sleep after 6am. No more rooms available. The town is beautiful. There’s a lake only few meters away with some coffee shops to enjoy the sunset. The Ruyi bridge is 4km away so didi or bus can take you there easily. At night there’s not much to do. It would be nice if the hotel offers at an extra price some table tennis tables, spa or something else to make the amenities more attractive.

The hotel makes people feel at home. Not only has the room been upgraded, but fruit snacks are also delivered to the room as soon as possible. The beauty in the lobby is responsive to all requests. The room facilities are complete. There is free ice cream, coffee, and chrysanthemum tea in the lobby. You can also soak your feet for supper in the evening. Except for the slightly limited breakfast variety, everything else was great.

Not one nice building or restaurant. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, but they did not know difference between a taxi and a didi. I needed a taxi to get the printed receipt.

The hotel room has been renovated and is very cozy. Check-in at the front desk was very fast and the service attitude was good. The hotel's breakfast has a lot of varieties, is clean and tastes good. We checked in on May 2nd, and the weather was relatively hot. The air conditioners in the rooms could not be turned on, and each room was equipped with a fan. Stay in a room with a fan for over 600 a night.
