很不錯的，酒店很有特色，服務好環境好，玩得很開心。
另外特別表揚一下:皮勇經理和餐廳服務，晚飯和早飯都是在酒店吃的，味道很好，一直送到木屋裡來。早飯起來晚了，皮經理還特地安排餐廳服務人員保温留着👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

服務超級好，窩在小木屋不想出門，早午晚三餐都是餐廳送過來的，晚上點了雞湯，連爐子都一起端過來了，感覺可以打邊爐了，冬天一定要再去一趟，氛圍感肯定拉滿！生態很好，空氣清新，遠離塵囂，黑天鵝夫婦不止會在水裡等待投喂，餓急了會直接上來敲門。

房間大小合適。就是衞生間洗澡的地方有點小。晚上睡覺的時候很安靜，可能是太安靜的緣故，可以聽見外面有一個那是變壓器嗡嗡的聲音。房間裏還預備了水果，考慮的很周到。早餐品類不多，麪條很好吃。

酒店是管家式服務，出發前管家就發了定位，全程也是微信上聯繫。到酒店後隨時都有服務員服務，服務很熱情。定的單層木屋，房間大，環境好，房間外就是一個小湖，湖裡有兩衹黑天鵝，小朋友站在房間外平台上，就可以喂黑天鵝，房間裏也提供了喂黑天鵝的玉米，很貼心。小朋友開心得不得了。房間裏的按摩椅非常舒服，大人也按得很開心。仙鶴放飛也很好看。唯一不太滿意的是酒店內部餐廳，菜品少，味道差，而且我們也是提前訂座了，結果到了之後，想坐的位置都不能坐，説是有人訂了，吃完飯也沒看到有人來，有點不開心。

新開的，集生態人文生活一體的休閑渡假區。員工非常熱情。大堂前台的小姐從未入住就打電話聯繫確認，到酒店後主動升級房間。客房每一位服務員都主動熱情打招呼，幫助提行李，而且走時幫我送到了車上。餐廳的服務員也很熱情，送了好喝的酸梅湯解暑，就餐時還幫我安排了很好的觀景位置，主動介紹了灰雁放飛的時間。
