There is still a little distance from Xianning South Station, and the road is getting darker and darker. There is an alley with almost no street lights. I don’t know if it is a common problem in the hotel. The sound insulation is very poor and very poor. I am tired at night and I can hear all kinds of sounds, especially after 12 o’clock upstairs. 這家因為離經常出差的地方近，所以住過不下兩三年了，原本就覺得服務很一般，比如前台辦入住經常把東西發漏啥的。每次退房還讓我給打滿分好評，之前看在沒別的大問題的情況下也就沒多説，分也給打滿了，但這一次真是勸退了，以後也不會再住了，就真實打個分吧。 衞生：衞生不管哪個價位的酒店都是最基本的，所以這一項我不管酒店是什麼規格和價位。第一，有個別一兩次住的房間裏還有上個住户的垃圾殘留；第二，有好幾次衞生間枱面上有污漬，還擦不掉。這衞生做的，能打一般都是看在毛巾全是一次性的份上。 環境：就在馬路邊上，室內隔音也不行，馬路、走道和隔壁房間的聲音都能聽見，在這個價格裏也衹能算一般，但是室內整體佈置和色調在這個價位裏還算舒適。 服務：本來想打很差的，但是之前有幾次免費升了房型（雖然也一般），打個較差吧。 説下這次遇見的問題：原房續住隱性收費，私自辦理入住（不是説跟我打了個電話問我訂了續住，就可以在我沒去前台的情況下私自辦入住的好嗎？前台有權利替我辦我的入住嗎？）。而且攜程上標註的條款違約還覺得自己沒問題，我質疑收費不合理，前台居然説“你不想交就不想交，但我們規矩就是這樣的”。既然是酒店的規矩，為什麼攜程上不體現，為什麼也沒有提前説明要額外收費？員工説話的語氣就好像説我是在耍賴一樣，聽的人實在生氣。我不是差這幾十一百的鐘點費，我是看不慣這種網上線下規定不統一，不提前告知，訊息不透明，酒店自身存在問題還想讓消費者買單的行為，更何況前台人員的工作和説話水平也太糟糕了。 設施：設施沒啥大問題，有一次空調壞的，後來給換了房間，還有一次電視遙控器壞的。總體來説在這個價位還行。

The room is very clean and quiet, well ventilated, no smell, equipped with ＇ hair dryer, bath towels are packaged, very clean, facilities and equipment are very complete, disposable package bath towels, toilet pads, towels and slippers...very powerful, giving people the warmth of home, even a few days of rain, clothes can not be done, fortunately the hotel is equipped with a free washing machine, Really great [strong] Free parking is available as you enter and exit, the front desk lady is very good service, when you check out, you are in a hurry to leave the hotel, the front desk lady helped me mail it home, like it [strong]
