Xianyang Rainbow Hotel (Huitong Cross Longhu Rainbow Park Commercial Street)

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and my overall experience was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room amenities were complete, and the internet speed was fast, making it suitable for both work and rest. The overall environment was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the soundproofing was great – I barely heard any outside noise, allowing me to rest well after a long day. In particular, the staff were very approachable and meticulous. The front desk processed check-in quickly, and they responded very promptly when I had any questions or feedback.

I've stayed in many hotels, but this one truly excels in service. Even before check-in, a butler contacted me via WeChat to ask about my needs. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and guided me through the check-in process. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, every employee was friendly and happy to assist with any request. They even gave me a small gift upon checkout. I felt so valued and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!

This hotel is really great. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the overall environment is elegant and clean with a fantastic ambiance. The room layout is well-designed, tidy, and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's completely quiet. The service is meticulous. In the evening, you can take a stroll nearby; Fuyuan Alley is quite lively, and there are plenty of dining options across at Longhu. This hotel is really good!

Easy parking, quick check-in, and the room was very comfortable. The price was reasonable, the room was clean, and it's super close to the snack street, making it very convenient to get around. Plus, they even included afternoon tea!

I had a very satisfying trip! I originally planned to stay in Xi'an, but the holiday season's double prices made it very poor value for money. My family suggested that staying in Xianyang would also be great, with plenty to do. It turned out they were absolutely right! The hotel environment was beautiful, and the service was excellent; all the staff I met were very service-minded. Plus, the location was convenient – although a bit far from the subway, there were buses and a commercial center right outside, and it was very close to Huitong Night Market. I had a very comfortable stay, far exceeding my expectations! 😁😁😁 I'll definitely come back if I get the chance! 😀
