Wancheng Hotel (Xi'an Xianyang International Airport)

The room's cleanliness was truly excellent, and the service was great too. The facilities were also fantastic – if you don't believe me, just look at the pictures! I called at 2 AM, and the airport pickup was incredibly prompt. I'm checking out at noon today and still need to get to the airport, and the hotel is providing the drop-off as well. It's really wonderful; you can't go wrong with this hotel, it's genuinely super good.

There's an airport shuttle service available; just book in advance with the owner for a free pick-up and drop-off. There are dining options nearby. The only downside is that it's a bit close to the airport, so there can be some noise.

The lobby environment is elegant, and the front desk staff were professional and patient, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was spacious and bright with ample natural light, thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The bathroom was dry with no standing water, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, providing exceptional quietness despite being in a bustling area. All the in-room facilities were complete and easy to use, and the housekeeping service was proactive and attentive. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely book again for future travels.

The owner provides pick-up and drop-off service, so I suggest booking guests arrange a time with them in advance. It's only about a ten-minute drive since it's close by. The room layout was clean and tidy, very thoughtfully done. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers, and the mattress was very soft. I had heavy luggage, and the inn wasn't fully booked, so the owner kindly upgraded me to a room on the first floor. They are incredibly meticulous; the landlady even keeps track of flight schedules for those catching planes, and the owner will remind you. Many, many thanks! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The pickup service was incredibly punctual, and the driver was so friendly and always smiling. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be very clean, but to my surprise, the hygiene was excellent, and there were no strange odors. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next layover!
