James Joyce Coffetel (Xi'an Xianyang International Airport Airport New Town Subway Station)

Landed at Xi'an Xianyang Airport at midnight. Waited for the driver on the departure level, and the driver was really enthusiastic, haha. The room was good, definitely worth the price. Didn't stay for long, only a few hours, then headed back to the airport early the next morning. The whole process was smooth, first to T5, then T2 and T3.

The bathroom was really run-down, but at this price point, I guess that's to be expected. It wasn't quite what I'm used to from other chain hotels.

The service was excellent. As soon as they saw me getting out of the car with luggage, they immediately came out to help. The room's cleanliness and overall environment were great, and the room itself was very clean. The morning airport shuttle service was also very good!

Since I had a late flight and an early connecting flight the next day, I specifically chose a hotel near the airport with a shuttle service! The front desk staff handled check-in quickly and efficiently. The hotel is clean, hygienic, and has a great environment. Highly recommend!

Landed at 1:30 AM, and the airport pickup was super fast. The staff helped with luggage, which was great. The hotel has vending machines, and instant noodles were only 4.7 yuan, which is a steal! They even included a pour-over coffee with breakfast. Definitely great value for money. Perfect for early morning flights or late arrivals. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but the overall environment is good. Considering it was Chinese New Year, I really appreciate the staff working, making this a very decent hotel.

24-hour free airport shuttle service (T2/T3/T5 terminals): It's really convenient to have a shuttle to the terminal in the morning. The hotel facilities are new, and the front desk staff are very helpful. They can even issue special invoices, which is very convenient. The location is great, close to the airport, and there's a dedicated shuttle service.

Arrived late at night for a last-minute business trip. I booked a twin room, but there were four of us. The front desk staff was really friendly; they didn't say anything and just gave us two extra sets of toiletries. They also offered us a late check-out until 2 PM, even though we only ended up sleeping for three hours. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.
