The Novotel Xi'an Xianyang is excellent value for money. It's conveniently located close to both the airport and a subway station. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a sleek, modern design. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the gym is open 24/7. The breakfast offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options and tastes great. It's perfect for business trips or catching a flight. Highly recommended!

She was incredibly responsible and carefully kept my item safe. She then reached out to me to arrange its return. Her attitude was gentle and thoughtful, and she handled the entire process with great care and no slack. It's truly reassuring to encounter a manager who is so responsible and takes such good care of guests' belongings. The hotel's service management is excellent, and I highly recommend it!

Unexpectedly, I was very satisfied. I didn't expect Huazhu Hotels Group to have such a great hotel. It's new, clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The room is spacious, and the hotel environment is excellent. Manager Xiao Che at the front desk was very enthusiastic; she helped us check in and even upgraded our room. I was in a hurry and didn't get any photos, but I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
