Five-star review! Bayue Hotel's free airport shuttle service is very reliable, even for late-night flights. The front desk staff are polite and generous, check-in is fast, the room is clean and odor-free, well-equipped, and overall great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Xi'an. It's very business-oriented overall, but the price is quite economical. The attention to detail is excellent, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast upon checkout. The only minor drawback is that the water pressure in the shower could be improved.

Extremely satisfied! The room was super spacious, very comfortable, and made me feel completely at ease. The soundproofing was excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfy. I loved the huge TV, haha. And the airport shuttle service was absolutely amazing! Plus, there's a gym available too~

The Baiyue Hotel truly understands its guests. The cleanliness was exceptional, spotless! The airport shuttle service was a thoughtful touch, and the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Full marks, highly recommend!

Facilities: Very comprehensive! Everything you could need, including a smart speaker (Xiao Du) for voice commands. The robot delivering our takeout was super cute. Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy. Environment: Very close to the airport, and there are some restaurants nearby. Service: Excellent! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always resolving any issues we had. We booked an airport transfer, and the driver was great and perfectly on time.
