服務很熱情周到，給升級了最貴的房間類型，本來想買水的，他們沒有，但給了一熱水瓶的熱水。早飯的柞麪（也可能就是湯米粉）也很好吃。衞生間沒有異味，洗手池這裏的龍頭也有熱水，就感覺雖然裝修一般，但其他方面都不錯，總的來説很滿意

房間本身保持着良好的整潔度，但遺憾的是，它位於一個偏遠的山區，對於尋求便利的旅行者來説可能不太理想。這次預訂是替父母代為安排的，他們對住宿的總體體驗並不滿意，認為這個地方不太適合年長者居住。
整個村莊缺乏娛樂設施和餐飲選擇，使得遊客不得不依賴於住宿地點提供的食物。雖然價格相對合理，但對於節儉的長者來説，可能會感到有些不划算。
他們還提到，由於周邊沒有其他選擇，他們衹能回到住宿地點用餐。令人驚訝的是，儘管只是點了兩碗麪，他們卻不得不等待了兩個小時才得以用餐，從晚上6點等到了晚上8點，這暴露了該店在高峯時段服務能力上的不足。對於這樣的服務水平，無論出於什麼原因，都讓人感到難以接受。基於此我給予差評，其實對於自駕遊旅客來説，整體體驗應該還可以。

名宿古香古色，很有韻味，房間很乾凈，老闆還給免費升級了小木屋，第二天還給我們準備了早餐。離天姥山景點很近，開車就幾分鐘路程，非常方便。

民宿在一個古村裡，村裡很淳樸很寧靜。民宿老闆樑老師是個很厲害的專業攝影師，人也很和善，村裡到處都是他的作品，他做飯也很不錯，我們在村裡的小賣部買了煙花，樑老師還幫我們拍照。民宿前身是個小學，現在是民宿，攝影基地，還有村委會，生態環境真的很不錯，門口是遊客中心，前院是個大池塘，有兩衹大白鵝，好多錦鯉，我們去的那天，村裡有個大叔在路上撿了個龜送過來，後院池塘裏還有幾個哐哐哐叫的蛙蛙。有機會我還會來住的

民宿就在南山古村村委會那裡，古園林風格，進門就是樓榭水台，還可以在長廊中用餐，環境挺好，老闆是攝影名師，對當地風俗和景點文化都有很深厚的知識積累，人也很親和，老闆娘熱情豪爽，我們離店時平板遺忘到民宿，老闆也不怕麻煩的給寄過來了。比較遺憾的是行程太趕，光跑外面的景點了，沒來的及好好逛逛南山古村。
