家庭房有2個房間，2個大床房，房間很寬敞，也很乾凈整潔，還有絕美茶園風景，早餐也很豐富，民宿也有餐廳提供晚餐，老闆之前做過廚師，手藝不錯，小湖鮮紅燒石斑小魚和石斛花炒蛋好好吃！
老闆娘和老闆都非常耐心、熱情，對於周邊的景點，徒步路線都很熟悉，每次不管是微信還是電話問都很耐心回答，太感謝了！老闆每次還幫忙去停車充電，五星服務必須點贊！夫妻倆開民宿已經3、4年了，做生意很質樸，也不亂開價，也沒找小紅書網紅推薦，房間相比下巖貝的網紅民宿感覺都要寬敞，基本都有30平以上，帶父母和家庭出遊性價比很高！
另外，老闆這兒還有自家種的大佛龍井哦，口味很清新淡雅，值得一試

民宿位於下巖貝村核心地帶，房間側面能看到十九峯，房間寬敞乾淨，挺新的，浴巾柔軟。老闆人不錯，阿姨也很熱情。早餐比較豐富，豆腐皮包肉是他們家的特色菜，味道很好。
