預訂2天，入住第一天當晚表明第二天行程有變，需要取消第二天得預訂，店家不同意，要求扣50%的房費。説句心裡話，扣30%我可以接受，50%店家你不覺得過分了嗎？該客棧是年輕人管理的，當時年輕人不在店裡麪，當天晚上我也在你家客棧吃飯的，跟你家長輩聊天，能感覺到長者家的真誠和樸實，後面跟長者家説了相關情況，請長者家幫忙打你個電話，你反饋説是50%去哪兒扣的，長者也説了一句話讓我挺感動：小夥子不是我不給你退，是我兒媳説去哪兒扣我們的錢，我們沒辦法才扣你的錢。那我覺得對，畢竟我讓你們扣錢了，扣我30%我很樂意接受，後面去哪兒聯繫我，説電話都是全程錄音，去哪兒説扣30%也差不多了，是你店家不同意，非要扣50%，然後給我整無語了。後來我也不想扯了，錢倒沒幾個，百來塊錢，關鍵是這比例我真的無法接受，哪怕你扣我30%，我們又不是不懂做人，多在你家消費一些，或者我再多拿兩包煙給長者家抽抽，我也不願意這50%的比例，真的很影響心情。做生意不容易，互相理解，我是看到這麼多好評才訂的，失望了。
