房間夠大，海景房景色很好，離海邊很近，前台不同的幾位工作人員服務態度都很好，早餐品類豐盛就是可能因為去的季節原因，人流比較少，人氣不夠旺。

員工服務很熱情，但不專業。冬天室內空調是壞的，聯繫酒店後，工程部的專業人員來進行維修，但走了之後温度雖然有所緩和，但仍然是冷的。空調面板竟然還是雪花標誌無法調節，也不知道是不是中央空調的原因。選了海景房想看日出，但趕上了陰天，太陽沒跳出來是有點小遺憾。

房間大小還可以，風景非常棒，正對着大海，每天看日出。不足的地方：1 過年期間，客人少，早餐很簡陋，這個本無可厚非，但是要給房費打折，沒達到服務標準，就要給補償；即使不補償，也要和客人説一句對不起；2 多要幾瓶水，居然三塊一瓶收費，好歹也是興城最好的酒店，忘帶身份證的話，人臉識別，還要收五塊，很搞笑。3 房間衞生一般，灰塵很大。
