晚上沒熱水洗澡，找了客服才被告知電力系統在檢修。前台服務不熱情，服務沒有跟上酒店星級。有東西掉洗手間地上，找的時候發現枱麪下非常臟，甚至有垃圾。退房時候，跟前台接待的女士反應完情況，前台很友好，一直在道歉，但仍然彌補不了不好的入住體驗。
