As a five-star hotel, the hardware facilities and service standards are quite good. I especially like the guest director Wang Liyun. On the day of check-in, she took the luggage and took it upstairs. During breakfast, the child dropped the chopsticks. The staff saw it and immediately came to meet and fetched new chopsticks.
