酒店在比較高的位置觀景絕佳，前台幾個小姐姐服務熱情周到，到了還幫忙拿行李，有問必答。值得推薦的一家酒店

民宿雖然也在上納灰村，但是是在山上，好在民宿提供了上下山的接送服務，這點必須給個好評，萬峯林範圍內基本都可接可送，感謝帥氣的小哥來回接送了好幾趟。民宿的環境沒得説，晚上非常的幽靜，院子裏有泳池和躺椅，房間裏暖風十足，各種問題前台小黎處理的都很及時。早餐種類還算比較豐富，但是缺少點炒菜啥的，希望後續能改進一下。冬天來貴州還是容易遇到陰天，期待下次7-8月再來體驗吧。

設施：齊全，衞生也乾淨，民宿整體風格都很田園温馨！旅途最後一天選擇這裏，就是為了泡泡私湯，緩解下疲勞，真的很舒適！即使冬天也不會覺得冷！打開門就可以泡温泉，看山景！

酒店設計風格獨特，衹是冬天去室外泳池水太冷🥶無法下水，但是房間有泡池，滿足了孩子玩水的願望，酒店前台兩位小姐姐都非常nice，服務很到位，從入住幫忙拎行李，點餐，客房服務等諸多細節做的都很好，很耐心，讓人非常舒服……早餐品類也不錯，做到了精緻，阿姨早上的麪粉煮的很好吃😋，打掃衞生的阿姨也很禮貌，見到孩子還會提醒注意安全，還有司機王師傅，酒店在半山腰，我們沒有開車過來，下山不是很方便，衹要我們外出需要車子，王師傅都會開車接送（僅限景區內😁），而且很熱情，路上會告訴我們很多當地的習俗，避免我們踩坑，做到了管家式服務，已經約定好明年高鐵開通，麥穗季再來，這次行程非常滿意，感謝騰舍🥰

老闆對房間設施缺乏維護：電視櫃下亂七八糟的各種線纏起堆着，房間沒有WIFI，搞了半天還是我們教服務員拿別的空房間的路由器來用才解決，然後又是看不了電視，第一天衹好換房間，換到一個所謂的最高級的房型，浴缸裏發現彎曲毛髮把人噁心到了。第二天換回原來的房間，又發現湯池的塞子拔不下來。
小花園大概是該民宿的唯一亮點吧。服務人員響應也算比較積極。
