本來通過照片覺得此酒店很高大上，主要帶孩子看到了他們家有泳池，室內室外，還有洗衣服務，健身房。到了之後，服務員説泳池沒開，健身房沒開。洗衣服還要單獨收費。

設施：衝著圖片上的游泳池去的，結果晚上過去一開始説關門了，我心想才9點鐘不算太晚就找了前台，他讓人幫我開燈。一去直接是黑燈瞎火的，怕是半年沒有人打掃了，像看鬼片似的。旁邊的健身房也是整不成，跑步機壞的，設備設施基本上都用不了，根本沒有人保養維護的。酒店的充電樁也是壞的，這酒店沒開多久為啥不能好好維護一下，比那些開了十幾年的老牌五星還爛，無語了。
