No issues. We booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking one which is par for the course here. The smoke penetrates everywhere anyway.
Comfy bed, good shower, good air con, no noise issues. The staff try to be helpful.
Location fine. Next to moija st for food and the night market is a 5 minute walk. 20 minute walk to the mosque.
Negative: no response to messages and all the fire doors are tied open (pictured). I write about deadly building fires and this is insane and not on. Someone could die in a fire despite the good fire escape.

The loaction is great, between a night market street and Mojia streets, plus it is an easy walk to Zhongxin Square and Dongguan Mosque. Breakfast had variety from day to day, and the staff were helpful and nice. The rooms are quiet but a little small, and there was a bit of disintegration at the bottom of the wall of my room, which is the only reason my score for cleanliness is lower.

Very good hotel ! Good rooms and extremely helpful staff. The only criticism I had was the toilet seat was loose and the top kept falling down. Apart from that it was great !

Awesome value for money. Didn't know this chain, will definitely come back! It's great if you are a foreigner because they do not keep you waiting at the reception for ages while checking you in. The room is very comfortable, did not find it small but the bathroom was a little bit small yes.
I love the option to select a non-smoking room while booking, every place should have this! Great service attitude.

The location is not ideal if coming by car as there is no access and it is forbidden to stop in the street in front of the hotel.
Rooms were clean, though very small and provided all needed amenities.
Very good breakfast with both Chinese and Western dishes, including a coffee machine.

Location is great. You can find everything you need next to the hotel.
Stayed there one night, can't complain. Room was quite small though.

The hotel service is really good. I have a mysophobia and never use the toilet without a seat cushion. The front desk staff gave me a disposable toilet seat and two extra bottles of water. It was really thoughtful. The location is also good.

Convenient transportation. There is a night market on the right side of the house, inside Yinma Street. The room is clean and hygienic. When I was about to go out for a walk, I found that my clothes were torn and I had no needle and thread. I called the front desk and someone sent them to me in a short while. I am clumsy and can't sew, so the lady in the room helped me sew them. Thank you very much🙏🏻. When I checked out, the front desk sent me two bottles of water. This service must be given 👍🏻
