環境衞生都還是不錯的，對於萬豪旗下的品牌硬件設施還是OK的！服務可能有待加強，從開房到入住時間很久沒客人 有老員工讓實習生弄半天 再到後面諮詢問題前台比較冷漠哦！其它都還行！

衞生有待提高了，毛髮很多，沙發上毛髮，衞生間毛髮，其次強烈要求換一下電話系統吧，電話打過去直接就是智能系統接聽，要求送幾瓶水，系統回覆已經通知機器人送了，上來一看空的，如圖，其次隔音差到爆，歐洲盃看個足球，聲音調到12頻了（請自己去聽）隔壁居然在對面敲擊牆面，前台還打電話到房間，你們不知道自己酒店什麼問題嗎，還有臉打電話到房間，我花近500看一下足球難得要靜音啊，完全不可以理解，請大家避雷

Room service is not good. Air condition was not turn on so it was very warm in the night.
Breakfast is limited option and no one cook eggs. There was only one lady look after noddle cooking and seems not happy with the busy status.
Anyway, this hotel doesn’t match to Marriott brand.

不愧是萬豪旗下的酒店真的很好👍，來青海旅遊之前做了很多攻略，最後選擇入住這家酒店，前台小姐姐Selina 總是面帶微笑很耐心的講解酒店設施以及一些入住流程周邊環境，特色小吃啊，旅遊景點啊，還細心的提醒早晚温差大增添衣物，太貼心了吧，真的挺推薦

萬豪旗下的酒店住過很多家，這家是目前住過最差的！原因如下：
第一：入住前酒店打電話確認入住時間和對房間要求，電話裏特別強調不喜歡住角房，結果晚上辦理入住時酒店給留的就是角房！！！酒店的解釋是實習生工作失誤！辦入住時表示不滿，才給更換了房間！
第二：在辦入住時，明明在攜程預訂時選擇的先住後付，就是離店後系統會自動扣款的那種，結果辦入住時也是實習生，非説我的訂單時需要入住時付款給酒店，解釋半天非説訂單就是要直接付款給酒店，無奈現場刷微信付款。
第三：早餐很難吃就算了，煮麪的服務員態度極差，很客户氣的請服務員幫忙煮個麪，口氣特別哼，好像誰欠她錢；咖啡機放到角落裡，找了兩圈沒找到，問服務員在哪裡，非常不耐煩連話都不説，用手指了一下方向！
第四：入住結束後，又收到了攜程自動扣款，結果住了一晚，重複收了2次費用！聯繫酒店客服，提供了兩次付款記錄，酒店回覆説會去確認處理。結果就沒了消息和下文！過了一天也沒有任何回覆，結果説要發差評，客户馬上回復處理進度！！！還推脱責任都是實習生的問題！自己把自己工作不到位推的一乾二淨！！！
總結一下：強烈不推薦這家酒店，地理位置比較偏就算了！服務水平也真是讓人無語了！必須如實寫出來，供大家參考！也請酒店自我好好反省整改！實習生沒培訓合格就不要上崗，別讓客人為實習生的失誤影響客人的體驗！我們是付款了房費的！需要你們提供跟房費等值的服務！
