It was a good experience. The hotel location is very good and staff is friendly.

Definitely the worst experience ever for a 4-star hotel. The one and only good thing about this hotel is the nice and helpful room service lady. The rest are just really unpleasant: - Unprofessional front desk, rather unfriendly - Although the hotel claims to accept foreigners, you cannot pay with a normal credit card. Further, the front desk refused to help you with this issue - Extremely smelly room ( strong smell of smoke and aged room) - Mini fridge doesn’t work - Everything’s just borderline moldy 对于四星级酒店来说，这绝对是有史以来最糟糕的体验。这家酒店唯一的好处就是这位热情好客的客房服务小姐。其他人真的很不愉快：-不专业的前台，相当不友好-尽管酒店声称接受外国人，但你不能用普通的信用卡付款。此外，前台拒绝帮助您解决这个问题--房间非常臭(浓烈的烟味和陈旧的房间)--小冰箱坏了--所有东西都发霉了

Very good and clean. There is everything you need in the room. The double bed is huge. Breakfast is good.

Recommended to travelers if your thinking to travel to Xining.. it’s within the city and the staff are very helpful, I enjoyed my stay…😊😊😊

I used this hotel because of the tour schedule the next day. The location of the hotel is good because the tour departure car leaves right next to the hotel.But the hotel is terrible. 1. There is no washbasin. 2. The water broke during the shower in the morning. 3. On the first day, there was no towel 4. There was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. 5. The room was too cold. I don't want to use it again.

Some people complain that it s an old looking hotel, but the location is quite interesting with a lot of small shops and street stalls. The hotel is professionally managed and the front desk was quite helpful!

Excellent simple hotel! Really friendly staff. Next to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Beach and city centre about 10 mins away by taxi. Rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is great. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

In addition to the high-ceiling counter lobby, business room type and large bathtub in the bathroom of traditional star hotels, the decoration inside and outside the room is very characteristic of the group. The room is comfortable and there are free snacks and air sterilizers of the group brand inside. The location is about 30 minutes by bus from the high-speed rail station. Next to it is the busy pedestrian street, food street and bus station. There is an airport bus stop 20 minutes away on foot, and life and transportation are very convenient
