Xining Lanhai Yuhua Hotel (Xining High-speed Railway Station Branch) Reviews

Great location, amazing reception and nice decor. Only thing I could pick on was I wasn’t very used to the varieties of breakfast served and there was a few groups of tours during my stay and it could be challenging to get a table and get around the lift if you have breakfast and go out at the same timing with them.

The hotel has seen better times but is still a good place to stay, 5mins walking from railway station. As in most other Chinese hotels, the staff was not used to foreign guests but they were very friendly and tried to make everything possible.

The hotel was excellent! The staff are very friendly, there are plenty of amenities, and the quality of the room was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff of the hotel called us before we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk's service attitude was also very warm. The room also gave fruit and yoghurt. We also accepted breakfast and dinner time. The room was very clean. It was very close to the railway station. It was also very convenient. It also helped upgrade the room type. The northwest trip was very perfect. Next time I will come again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Luxery Blue Hotel. The decore is beautiful and the place is clean. The staff is professional and responsive. Manger William ensured our stay was comfortable and he continually went above and beyond what was required to ensure we had the best stay possible. He helped print off our documents for our next trip, and even helped us get our forgotten passport to the train station just in time. We are incredibly impressed by his communication skills, professionalism, and kindness. This place is a must stay when you're in Xining next.

We have had a lovely stay in the Luxury Blue Horizon. The front desk staff were all polite and extremely helpful, which was especially important for us as foreigners. The rooms were clean, comfortable and 5 star like for a much more reasonable price. The location is within a short taxi ride to the major attractions of Xining. Thank you for having us.

We stayed at this hotel because the one we were supposed to go to refused us because we were foreigners. We have booked the blue orizon with no expectations but we actually found a great service! Everyone was very nice and helpful. No laundry service and no international breakfast, overall a good stay and the station is just a short walk from the hotel.

Great price quality ratio

The hotel is very good and worthy of being under the Blue Ocean Group. Every service staff is very polite, especially Chen at the front desk. Because I placed the order too quickly, I forgot to order breakfast. Chen helped me find a way and sent me a breakfast. It is almost the peak season now, and the hotel is also taking over group tours; but I think their service attitude is very good and impartial, whether it is for individual travelers or groups, which is very good. No matter if there are guests who need to ask questions, they don't look impatient at all. This is really [strong][strong][strong], I will stay there again next time I have the chance.

Afraid, arrived at the hotel at 10:20 pm, the service attitude of the front desk was good, but the hygiene of the room was worrying, there was dust everywhere, and the toilet in the bathroom was not brushed. I called the front desk but they didn't answer the phone. I went to the service desk on the first floor and explained the reason. The front desk said they would ask someone to clean the room. I waited for half an hour and someone who had nothing to do with the room came. I couldn't clean it myself. There was a knock on the door at around 4:00 in the morning, which scared me. I called the front desk but they didn't answer the phone. The service environment is too bad.

Very satisfied. I checked in and found a hotel with good reviews on Ctrip. From the moment I stepped into the hotel door to the moment I left, I was very satisfied from beginning to end. The room sent a fruit plate before entering the room, and Xiao Liu sent fruit when I checked out. The attitude of the front desk staff was also very good. Later, I checked it out and found out that it was Blue Ocean Yuhua under Shandong Group, which is also the Blue Ocean Hotel managed by General An that I often see. It is indeed 👍 good

A very nice hotel with an elegant and comfortable environment, close to Xining Railway Station. The restaurant on the fourth floor of the hotel has very local halal food, it is a good choice to taste it.
