房間設施設備齊全，而且很新，環境衞生好，服務態度好，尤其是前台馬小燕，服務態度好，人美心善，值得推薦和誇獎。酒店早餐豐富，菜品豐富，服務態度極好，總之是一次非常好的入住體驗，下次有機會來西寧，還會入住酒店的。

房間大，床上用品新，安靜，尤其早餐很豐盛，有大蝦有蔬菜有西點有早茶點心，牛肉麪味道棒，不虧四星級酒店水準。不足的是這個時令不送暖也不製冷，集中空調不開，而窗户又開不了，沒有新鮮空氣。

超喜歡酒店的沐浴露 洗髮水 潤膚霜 很好用 還有個大浴缸 🛁
酒店還有自助洗衣區和健身房 特別是烘乾機 贊

國慶節出遊選擇了這家酒店， 房間的價格也比較實惠，房間也很好這家酒店的工作人員HHHHRILM服務真的很熱情，因為想訂的房間已經滿房了，給前台説明瞭情況，前台也非常熱情的幫我換個房間換到自己心儀的房間，房間乾淨整齊，設施設備也很齊全，WiFi的信號又好又快。因為我們所住的樓層是比較高的，窗外的景色也很美，窗外的視野很不錯樓下有地下停車場很方便因為我們是自駕來的所以就很需要關注這個停車的問題，索性這家酒店的這方面並沒有讓我失望了，而且住宿的客人還是免費停車到前台錄入一下車牌號就可以。交通出行的道路四通八達，酒店處在城市中心去哪都很方便，速度也很快。要是去火車站的話也很快距離不到5公里。
