After checking out with my luggage, a spirited guy in a uniform coat asked me if I wanted to take a taxi after going downstairs. After I said yes, he stood on the side of the road and started to help me take a taxi. There was still some snow, and the weather was very cold while the snow was melting. The room facilities are a bit old but still clean. The quality of toothbrushes and comb supplies is still good. The underground parking lot is a bit too old. This is a proper 4 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are pretty good, the towels are soft and neat. It even includes a bath tub and has a clothes iron. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is no AC, but Xining is usually cold a d you wouldn't need an AC. The location is great too. Its overlooking the river. The only issues are 1. The breakfast spread is very very limited 2. It's a very old hotel and smells like one If you are okay with the limited breakfast spread and the smell, then this is a great hotel for the price.

The location of the hotel is definitely C, and the surrounding attractions are not far from the bus. The room was clean and tasteless, spacious and bright, the facilities and equipment were well maintained and intelligent. Xining's most famous attractions Ta'er Temple and Danqier Ancient City have buses to reach the hotel. Because this time there is no breakfast reservation, I will not say it.
