The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

Good location. Easy to reach by taxi from train station. Was a nice stay before taking the train to Tibet. Staff were helpful and the breakfast good with lots of options. Recommend

The price/performance ratio is pretty good. For example, the price, location, etc. are pretty good. It's just that it's on the 23rd or 24th floor of an office building. Facilities: The furnishings are quite standard, and the lights in the whole house are electrically controlled by the bedside, which takes some getting used to. The bathroom is not ideal. First of all, the edge of the bathtub is too wide, which is not friendly for people to step in and out, especially for the elderly. Secondly, the water output is small, whether it is a fixed shower or a handheld shower, it is very small. Hygiene: The room cleaning is not very thorough. I basically didn't see the floor cleaning and vacuuming for a few days. Service: The lobby service is not bad. The concierge guy is very enthusiastic. Whether it is taking luggage or guiding parking, he is very thoughtful. Environment: One side of the guest room can see Xining TV Tower (Puning Pearl). The hotel is in the center of the city, and the overall environment is good. Breakfast is OK, but it is basically the same every day. There is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor for evening tea.

The room is warm and bright, with a sofa and dressing table, clean and hygienic. There are all kinds of food downstairs in the hotel. After a tiring day of going out to play and visiting attractions, I took a hot shower in the hotel to relieve the fatigue of the day. The washing machine also has a drying function. I had dinner at the restaurant recommended by the front desk lady Mango. It was really delicious and affordable. I went back to the hotel and took a nap. The next morning I had breakfast nearby downstairs. It was pretty good. The hotel is not far from the high-speed rail station. The environment is really good. It is also close to the attractions. The main thing is that there are many places to eat nearby, including supermarkets and fruit shops, which is very convenient. The hotel also has a gym, and the front desk service attitude is excellent, thumbs up. The breakfast is very rich, with fruits and so on. The restaurant environment is good. I will come here again next week, and I will choose this hotel then.

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!
