前台小姐姐服務很熱心，主動推薦周邊好吃的飯店，雖然有點遠。酒店周邊沒吃的，不過點外賣配送很快。餐廳過了飯點兒，沒飯。買🚬是需要加價的。早餐一般，基本墊巴一口就行。房間乾淨寬敞。距離銀基特別近。車接車送，很方便。

從錫林浩特到銀基玩，本來想換行程，不住這裏了！但是退不了，結果致電前台小妹非常耐心，服務到位，真是衝著人來的！來了酒店出乎意料的好，感覺酒店介紹沒有宣傳好，面積大環境好，院子也適合孩子活動，所以説人對了事情就對了，本來銀基玩完晚上要去二七廣場，又決定再住一天，明早再走！

不誇張的説，這是我出門旅遊住過最貼心，服務最周到，性價比最高的酒店！
設施：
酒店很大，內部環境很好，很乾凈，裝修也很簡潔大氣。
衞生：
非常乾淨整潔，設施齊全。
環境：
室外室內環境都很好，大氣、乾淨、舒適。房間隔音很好，很安靜。
服務：
周到細緻。1、給孩子準備了專門的一次性拖鞋和牙刷牙膏。2、前台有茶水、白開水，一次性紙杯隨時拿取，有玩偶牆方便拍照，有零食飲料可以隨時買，價格公道不漲價，還有打印機可以幫孩子打作業。3、房間裏的中央空調還安裝了擋板以防直吹！4、餐廳早餐種類很多，還可以現場煮方便麪或是丸子湯，晚上快11點回來餐廳還開門可以點飯。
不限次數銀基來回接送:
白天不論去動物王國、温泉或者冰雪世界，每半小時有車送去，提前和前台的電話聯繫即可；晚上不論幾點從這三個地方回酒店，衹需提前十幾分鍾打電話給司機，就會去接！
出來玩遇到價格這麼公道，服務這麼好的酒店真的很幸運！感謝！

房間很寬敞，衞生也挺好，沒有發現什麼糟點。早上有班車送去動物王國，晚上隨叫隨到就來接我們，三五分鐘就到了酒店。客服的態度都很好，早餐也不錯。性價比很高，下次來的話還會選這裏。
