The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, and the hygiene is meticulously maintained. The staff are very responsive, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious options. The overall experience was impeccable, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel was great! They reached out a day in advance to ask about our needs. The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for our child to enjoy a bath. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Sanpang. It's only a 10-minute drive from the high-speed train station. On our departure day, our train wasn't until past 3 PM, and the hotel kindly extended our check-out time for free until 2:30 PM. Thumbs up!

I stayed here for three days on a business trip. The location is excellent, and the facilities are good. The front desk staff during check-in and the cleaning staff every day were very friendly, and the room was very clean. My stay was very pleasant overall. The only minor inconvenience was the old-fashioned hairdryer; it only had one temperature and weak airflow, which can be a bit difficult for women with long, thick hair. When I checked out, there were quite a few people checking in. One male front desk staff member's attitude was not great; he could have just taken my room card and I would have been good to go, but he made me wait. My ride was also waiting, so I ended up calling the hotel to check out instead.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.
