Booked a room for my parents. It's convenient because it's close to the airport. The hotel management is too lax. A bunch of people stood in a row at the front desk. I saw two elderly people in their sixties pulling luggage. No one helped. My parents asked if they could help. It was as if they didn't hear. I've stayed in many hotels, no matter B&Bs, guesthouses or anything else. Helping the elderly with their luggage is the most basic courtesy. There were no requirements for the hardware. There were no guests. Several people stood there and watched the elderly carry their luggage by themselves. They didn't even lend a hand. It's really infuriating😡
