Great service in this splendid hotel in the heart of the famous Henan

My flight was late evening which saved me time to rest because It was very close to the Airport.. Booked lake view room and it was wonderful to see early morning. The room price was friendly and the room was unexpectedly cleaner than I thought.

I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. I recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to stay at the airport. 由于天气不好，我在新郑机场凯福国际酒店住了一晚。酒店距航站楼仅 3 分钟车程，只要致电前台（0371-88888868），酒店几乎可以立即提供班车接送服务。它还提供频繁的送机服务。房间很大，维护得很好，有所有必需品。干净如新。他们甚至允许我在退房后重新使用房间，但需要使用一段时间来处理因天气取消而重新安排航班的情况。之后他们帮我寄存了两天的行李。 我想说的是，班车司机张先生非常友善且乐于助人。他不仅帮我搬运沉重的行李，还在我一天后返回机场搭乘重新安排的航班时将它们带到航站楼。在导致旅行中断的暴风雪期间，他的微笑让我感到温暖。 我全心全意地推荐这家酒店。

Very close to airport, quiet except for occasional noise from departing aircrafts. As we left early for flight, we didn’t take breakfast. Shuttle bus to airport at 6 am was punctual and smooth. Easy check in. Good bed and room. Recommended! 👍👍👏👏

Room is just ok for the price but charged me for using their towel nickel and dime their customers…

Very convenient location. Spacy room, but very basic. Shuttle bus to airport every 30 minutes. I arrived 9pm. Not any food available. Empty fridge. Gladly the delivery from outside worked.

The decoration is old. I arrived in the early morning but the first room card was not successfully made. The child was asleep and I waited for my family at the door with the child. I ran to the front desk from the fourth floor to make a room card again before entering the room. The bedding was a bit damp. The water in the bathroom was not smooth. It was unhygienic to stand in a puddle of water when taking a shower. The good thing is that it is really close to the airport, and airport pick-up and drop-off services are provided. There are Xiaopeng charging piles in the hotel.

The hotel is well decorated and quiet, but it's a pity that we had to stay late and leave early because we had to catch the flight. Half of the praise goes to the hotel, and the other half must be given to our Henan driver, who really hit the mark. He helped to carry the luggage when getting on and off the bus 🧳, our suitcases were so heavy, please thank him for me. The round-trip car pick-up and drop-off service, the bed and quilt were OK. There was no peculiar smell. Suggestion: Can the carpet in the elevator be removed? The luggage always folds in half when pulled in, which is quite cumbersome. All five points praise

The hotel is very close to the airport, very convenient, the pick-up service is very good, especially when coming back, pick up as soon as you arrive, the driver is very nice. The day of check-in happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival, and they also sent rice dumplings, fruits and sachets.
