This was perfect for a 20h layover in Zhengzhou. The place is quite basic but I got everything I needed and exactly what I wanted! A budget place, a clean bed to rest, a quiet room, A/C, a shower and a fresh towel, working wiki, and both pick up and drop off from the airport included. It made my trip to be able to rest and reset like this, and they made it so easy for me too. I don't speak any chinese nor did the staff speak any english, but the girl in reception was super helpful and made a huge effort to communicate with her translator app. She went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of! The staff at the airport was kind enough to call the hotel for me too to let them know I was ready to be picked up.

An older hotel but it was clean, with very clean sheets and towels. The staff were very helpful and extremely responsive in helping organise the free airport pick up even at midnight when I arrived.
And free airport pick up when the room fee is so cheap...amazing!

酒店服務太差了。我們大家庭共9人分別從三個地方來鄭州會合，我最早訂的美嘉酒店，然後叫我兄弟幾個帶家人一起都訂這裏，我的班機最遲到達，到酒店已是晚上12點多了，被告知沒有房間了，把我們送到另一家説是他們的總部艾美特酒店，該酒店沒有空調送暖整晚都是13度，讓我們凍了一晚無法入睡。美嘉和艾美特兩家酒店衞生設施都特差。
