第一次去忻州。到哪個城市，第一印象就是城市環境、第二就是當地人民。沒想到，直接入住酒店就“碰了一鼻子灰”。停車時，明明停在車位線內，非讓我們靠邊停，看車大爺説好再停一輛車。本身停車位位置設計不合理，真是費勁。去往前台，三位服務小姐姐的無視，就讓我們心裏説不出的不是滋味。山西省全境幾乎都走了一遍，唯獨到了忻州，感覺非常不好。而且去看房間時明明是三樓，最後入住居然是五樓。當時也説過，很在乎淋浴水壓。房間衞生不是很好，見圖。要不是當時開車時間久了，有些累，而且就入住一晚。估計直接就換酒店了。早餐中，咖啡勿喝。麪食加工操作大師傅兩位相聊甚歡，可能是我們打擾到他們，還是我們説話有口音。這臉色給我們擺的，當時就飽了。餐桌布，別説修補的真“洋氣”。真是不會有下次了。

乾淨衞生，設施齊全，布草舒服，很安靜，前台趙雨彤，韓欣桃兩位小美女熱情大方，和藹可親，住了這麼多酒店，新紫檀商務酒店是為數不多的好酒店，牆裂推薦。衹要來忻州就住新紫檀商務酒店。

酒店是新中式風格裝修，格調新穎，衞生乾淨，早餐品類多，停車場就在酒店門前，有保安負責，周邊配套齊全，離忻州古城不遠。
