開車到雄安時已經天黑。酒店在白洋澱附近，在前台辦理入住瞭解酒店的情況時，一位女士過來向我們詳細介紹了酒店在雄安的方位、特色和美食等，入住房間時外面有些吵，下樓吃飯時向前台提出能否換一個房間，她説你們先吃飯，一會就辦理。在餐廳一位服務員找到我們説，剛才霍經理去你們的房間看了,樓下的聲音有些大，一會就結束，你們要換房樓同樓層兩頭有兩間你們看看是否滿意?我們看後滿意前台就幫我們換了，一會又送了一份果盤，説霍經理送的。我們很感動，沒想到酒店的霍經理這麼關心客人的入住情況，親自到房間查看問題，還贈送果盤，下了班依然還會接待客人並親自回答諮詢。我們離開酒店時沒見到霍經理説聲謝謝!他的工作態度和温暖的服務感動着我們，酒店一定會生意興隆!

酒店設施完善，性價比高，wifi給力，環境不錯，地理位置好，房間很好非常喜歡，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，完全住的放心，房間很寬敞，酒店大堂有工作人員指引問好，在酒店有求必應。入住登記也很快酒店服務一如既往的好，前台李伊靜服務熱情，會主動問好，很貼心，早餐自助的很棒，還有送個果盤，前台經理在店期間幫了很多忙，非常有耐心！

從前台到客房，服務非常好，熱情細緻。床品舒適，住的很舒服。早餐簡單但很好吃，我個人對早餐要求不高，麪包咖啡水果即可，所以因人而異吧。中餐廳的菜不錯，南瓜慕斯，鵝肝，玻璃乳鴿超級👍餐廳服務很好，晚上的夜景也不錯！

酒店周圍環境很好，草坪很大。房間住的舒服。全程微笑服務，非常有耐心且貼心，服務員趙志燕在入住期間提供很多幫助。餐的數量並不是很多，但種類齊全。很乾凈。餐廳工作人員主動提供幫助和服務。感謝酒店帶給我們很開心的入住體驗!

酒店設施齊全，除基本的住宿需求外，也有可以工作的空間。酒店乾淨整潔，被褥枕頭非常乾爽，住宿感覺非常好。酒店很大，有很棒的咖啡廳。早餐也不錯。服務人員都很熱情，辦理入住、退房時也很便捷，前台幫我們解答了很多問題👍👍，會主動告知各類事項，也會主動問好。
