十年前的裝修 浴袍都爆邊壞掉了 房間一股黴味 老舊 温泉和拉垮 客房服務更糟糕

環境很好，空氣清新，衞生乾淨，酒店服務可以，但是餐飲服務很一般，附近沒有餐飲衹能在酒店用餐，温泉設施很多，温泉、游泳、籃球、網球很多項目。

酒店房間很大，遊玩的項目很多，可以喂梅花鹿，可以餵魚，還可以騎行，摘橘子，☁️小火車，小朋友玩的很開心，下次再來

1.800多一天的房間，當天去12點辦理入住，開了房沒有收拾好我能理解，合同寫的15:00辦理，結果15:00任然房間沒有收拾，床沒鋪；讓送兩件大人的浴袍，一整天都沒人來送，真的很無語。
2.前台經驗不足，辦理入住不告知哪裡用早餐，不告知哪棟樓往哪邊去，一家人大人小孩提着行李到處問。
3.早餐去吃的時候9:10分左右，基本都空盤了
下次不會再去了，坑！！！
