This is an old hotel,(20+ years) need a lot of attention in their facilities, never been in a hotel where all inclusive is not included, We ask for beer and wine to our room and Jair told us to come and get it . They do have a 24 room service. No A/c in common areas, so it make a little uncomfortable, the tv it was as old and
small , II couldn’t believe the heat in the hotel. Other the the people or front desk they were Awsome

This is our second visit to a Catalonia resort. The first was in the DR (and I will never go back to it). This one was really good! We are both "older" and they gave us a choice of rooms and we chose the one closest to the pool and restaurants. What is good? The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was very good. The rooms were smaller than the one we had in the DR, but it was nice. The air conditioning could work better! The pool was really good. The drinks were good. Love the swim up bar as it was so convenient. The food was good - well it was okay. Breakfast was really good. I hated the QR code to reserve a restaurant. We could NOT get it to work. We never ate at one of the specialty restaurants because of that. That method needs to be retired. We did eat at Be.loved and it was nice. The views from the restaurant were really nice. I wish I had the time to go to the spa, but our trip was cut short because of Hurricane Beryl coming in. So we left 2 days early because we could not get flights out any later than that due to Beryl. There were no sea views. ALL rooms were well away from the ocean. So, if you are looking for an ocean view room, this is not the hotel for you. I loved that it was adults only. All the staff were really, really attentive! We weren't accosted by the Travel Club sales staff, like we were at the DR. We do plan to go back. We toyed with the idea of a 4 star rating, but feel it was more like a 4.5 so will leave it a 5.

First time visiting Mexico but will not be our last. CRT was everything and then some. Food was absolutely delicious. Room was clean and perfect. Beach was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to please everyone. The grounds were truly incredible with wildlife roaming around. We will return again and again

Beautiful area that has jungle with animals and a beautiful beach. The resort is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely rate it 5 stars and will go back asap

I had an amazing stay at Catalonia Royal Tulum. The property is beautiful, very quiet, clean, staff were friendly and attentive, the food was amazing, our room was clean and modern, and beautiful beaches. The property is surrounded by a jungle and you will see native wildlife walking around on the grounds, which was enjoyable for me. I was concerned about getting sick but I did not. Catalonia has a good water filtration system and their water is safe to drink. They even provide bottled water daily for their guests. The food at the restaurants were exquisite. I would definitely go back in the future.

Nos gustaría volver pronto y volver a visitaruna vez s más este hermoso lugar El servicio en general ha sido excelente y nos hemos encontrado muy relajados al estar aquí ya que para mi la gente es muy cálida y gentil. Durante tu stancia puedes realizar diferentes actividades con los chicos de entretenimiento en donde te puedes divertir y hacer un día agradable y divertido. Es ist alles perfekt! Wir sind zum ersten Mal in Mexiko. Die Hotelfachkräfte sind alle super nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Hier gibt es viele Spiele und es wird einem nie langweilig. Die Animation ist super lieb (vor allem Pau, Gio, Elias, Charlie, Diego and Shamid). Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Restaurants sind ebenfalls sehr sauber und das Essen ist super lecker!
