Why does the security guard at the entrance always stand by the pool and stop the cars of the guests from entering? Shouldn't the staying guests get off near the door? Not to mention helping the guests with luggage, I stayed for three nights in a row, and I encountered this problem when the car of the reception unit was sent back to the hotel!

I booked 3 single rooms on Ctrip in advance, and I received a phone call from the hotel to confirm the reservation for the whole night. It was late in Xuancheng, and it was early in the morning when I arrived at the hotel. I was very tired. The slogan at the front desk said 30 seconds to check in quickly, a little bit of face 😂, and then I found my lady and sent 3 breakfasts 😁

The room arrangement is satisfactory, the service is also very good, the hotel is clean and hygienic, the breakfast is also very satisfactory, and the breakfast is also delivered to the same person. The breakfast is also delicious. I am really satisfied and recommend it to everyone!

Later, the front desk said that there is no pick-up now, because the boss is just there when the call, so I enjoyed the extra service. The hotel is close to the road, but it doesn't feel too noisy. Just encountered a cold wave, but the room was not cold. Sanitation is also clean, the room is large, and breakfast is provided. Very cost-effective. There is a beef hot pot restaurant downstairs, which can solve the problem of eating.

The hotel is near the Jingting Mountain Scenic Area. After breakfast, walk in the mountains. The air is fresh. The chestnuts bought on the roadside are not like the sweet dumplings in the north. The taste is crisp and the water is large. You can eat as fruit. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy. From the perspective of room style, bedding design and bathroom amenities, the decoration grade is relatively high. The quality of the hotel staff is first-class. The front desk lady, it seems to be called Zhang Chenli, very patient to answer questions, Always smiling, great. The hotel has a good breakfast, lunch and dinner are also good, you can send it to the room to eat, the taste is authentic Anhui cuisine.

總體評價衹能是一般，主要是服務不夠專業有待提高。特別提醒一下帶小寵物的朋友，這家酒店（寵物友好）是要收取200元所謂清潔費！！（結果是住店期間未有提供任何專門特殊的服務），其它地區同品牌店沒有這麼做（也許是新開業吧），這個可以理解。我想説一個服務，當時酒店前台要求簽一個帶寵物協議，衹是説交500塊按金，好的簽吧（説實話沒有細看那張紙就一張）簽完也沒有我一份留存！結果離店後退回我300塊，我打電話詢問才告知我扣了200塊寵物清潔費，前台説請示主管能不能免，等主管來電話説是協議中寫了，我也簽了，就是要收，我什麼也沒説的。現在我想説關鍵是不夠專業和誠實，主管説當時與我説了要收（絕對沒有當麪説）！也不知她當時在不在現場，既然你收清潔費你就收唄200塊，那你收我500按金又是為什麼，那300塊是什麼不清楚，這次住店體驗是我這些年最差的一次，不是200塊是服務體驗，也是我給的評價最差的一次，如果不是硬件標準與其它店一致，應該評價更差，希望提高服務質量吧
