沒有熱水洗澡，晚上10.00多打電話房東，房東承諾11.30會來熱水，1之後又打電話給房東， 承諾早上會來熱水， 早上6.00多起來洗個澡，發現還是沒有熱水，燈光還很暗，不滿意！

平台虛假訊息，明明寫着電腦房帶電視，去到衹有一個電腦，去前台找工作人員處理，回覆是電腦房沒有電視的，請問為什麼平台寫着，欺騙消費者？後面給我換了一個帶電腦又帶電視的房間，哈哈，跟我説電視還會串網，無語加無奈的接受。房間又臭又破，到處發黴發黑，簡直是花錢買教訓
