衞生：還不錯，打掃也比較乾淨 環境：在居民小區附近，周邊交通方便，樓下有飯店超市，就是窗户密封不太好，晚上能聽到空調外機噪音比較大，內機噪音也不小 服務：3樓是餐廳，口味還可以，早上有包子胡辣湯粥炒飯等等，前台服務也挺好的。 設施：可能裝修時間久了，地面的地板已經斑駁起皮，有點陳舊的感覺。電梯間也比較老舊，玻璃看着比較臟需要清潔了。 總體來説還可以。
