The room is OK, the quilt is very clean. The furniture is very old, the hair dryer is really anxious hahahaha, the next day, the pump is broken, there is hot water, I take a bath and wash is not very convenient. The water is too hot. The front desk service is very friendly and thoughtful, I hope I can renovate the furnishings!

The hotel has an excellent location and convenient transportation. There is a parking space at the door. The lobby is simple and elegant. There is light music. It is very good. Liu Shulin at the front desk contacted me before checking in and informed me of the hotel address and the weather in Xuzhou. When I arrived at the hotel, I was upgraded to a room type and service for free. Enthusiastic, thoughtful, very good and highly recommended! Come here next time!

It is not recommended to stay here for the following reasons: 1. The rooms and facilities are a bit old. 2. The room we stayed in had no windows, only an inner window. It's pitch black regardless of whether you open the window or not. 3. The sound insulation effect is not very good. 4. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room are not easy to use, and you need to add laundry detergent yourself. 5. You can’t watch TV. 6. Towels and bath towels are not too soft. 7. There are not many types of breakfast. The steamed buns and dumplings should be quick-frozen semi-finished products, not freshly made. 8. Breakfast costs 28 per person. I have stayed at a hotel chain many times before. When checking in at the front desk, breakfast was either free or half price. 9. Low cost performance. The hotel is in the city center, not far from the snack street and Suning Plaza, but the price is high and the accommodation conditions are not up to the price. 10. There is no separate parking lot. You need to park at the Garden Hotel across the road and show your room card. Parking is free. 11. The air conditioner blows towards the head of the bed. No matter how the temperature or wind direction is adjusted at night, it will blow against my head. I have no choice but to sleep on the bed. The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable, and I didn't fall asleep until after two in the morning.

The room was big, clean and beautiful. The most comfortable pillows I've ever used at a hotel more so than Marriott and Hyatt. The AC could not be adjusted, sleep was disturbed because the room was hot. Ugly cigarette burn on the couch and huge brown stains on the bedroom curtain. Check in was ok, the room wasn't ready and so we were asked if we wanted another room, it would not have been an upgraded room because we had already booked the last suite. She also asked IF we had made the booking or someone else had, never been asked that before and I've stayed at over 30 hotels around China. Gym is small, but has the necessary equipment for a quick workout. Breakfast was Chinese, no western option, other than fake bacon and sweet sausages and dry French fries. Lots of fruit to choose from. I would stay there again but will not book breakfast. There are numerous places to eat outside or order to the room and the meal gets delivered by a robot. Ladies at the the front desk should smile, they don't look happy to see their guests.

The location is excellent, the first time is not very easy to find, the door has no obvious sign. I go to Xuzhou more than a dozen times a year, most of them live here, just for geographical convenience and convenient parking. The only bad thing is that the air conditioner is too loud, and the air conditioner next door will affect it.
