The service was excellent. I was in a rush to book the hotel and didn't pay attention to the check-out time. The receptionist, who was supposed to check out at 12 o'clock, extended my check-out time to 2 o'clock for free. The hotel was also very clean and tidy. The only downside was that although the windows were closed and it was quite soundproof, there was occasional noise from cars driving too fast on the elevated highway at night.

我們定的無窗大床房 設施：傢俱很正常就是沒有椅子，很值得吐槽的是衞生間下水。我們第一晚發現下水特別慢，正常淋浴會有明顯積水，水位會到腳背。第二天聯繫前台後很積極主動地給我們處理，維修師傅給我們的建議是洗澡的時候把地漏打開，但是晚上使用依舊會積水，洗個頭水還溢出去了。下水給到一個拉完了，差評! 衞生：還行，房間還算是蠻乾淨的，就是空調很臟，不知道新裝修的酒店空調怎麼這麼臟!開業前不洗嗎？ 環境：不行!拉完啦!臭死了!第一天給臭yue了!給我臭醒了!前台小姐姐很積極主動地處理，但是其他空房間不是裝修味道很重就是隔音效果不太好，玻璃窗比較薄隔音效果不會好的。最後前台小姐姐拿來了空氣凈化器，效果有用，但是依舊有臭味，真是沒招了。以及我們這個房型都會比較小，大家選擇要考慮好能不能接受。 服務：我遇到的前台小姐姐都蠻負責的，實事求是，沒有不耐煩啥的，蠻好的。
