因為小朋友喝水不小心打濕了被罩，晚上給前台打電話喊前台幫忙處理，前台的拉姆妹妹很快就拿了新的被罩上來幫忙換，發現被子和床單都有一點沁濕了怕我晚上睡覺不舒服主動幫我拿了新的被芯和床單上來換，還一邊換一邊道歉説沒有客房阿姨換的整齊。搞得我特別不好意思，以後來雅安就認準智選啦，超一流服務水準。
